JD:-
1. Graduate / Master in any stream
2. Project Management certification would be an added advantage (PMI/CAPM or PMP, PRINCE2)
3. Three to Six years’ experience in outsourced Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
4. Thorough understanding of Insurance Verification, AR Follow-up, Handling Denials, Payment posting. 5. Working knowledge of SOP Drafting. Sought after Requirements for the Position: -
a)Experience in working with corporates and professional service industry (BPO/KPO/RPO)
b)Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and organizational skills.
c)Thorough understanding and knowledge about ‘content writing / SOP documentation
d)Experience in service transition project management would be an added advantage.
e)Three to Six years’ experience in outsourced Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
f)Thorough understanding of Insurance Verification, AR Follow-up, Handling Denials, Payment posting etc.
g)Knowledge of medical coding will be an added advantage
