1. Graduate / Master in any stream
2. Project Management certification would be an added advantage (PMI/CAPM or PMP, PRINCE2)
3. Three to Six years’ experience in outsourced Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
4. Thorough understanding of Insurance Verification, AR Follow-up, Handling Denials, Payment posting.
5. Working knowledge of SOP Drafting.

a) Client facing and responsible for planning, organizing, and transitioning the key business process. Job Opening
b) Liaise with Business and IT for system and access requirements.
c) Co-ordinate with client and internal stake holders for successful knowledge transfer
d) Prepare and maintain the transition plan. Adhere to the schedule.
e) Capture the process (Through video/zoom conferences), discuss, and document the SOP.
f) Provide training for the team.
g) Conduct Testing and job shadowing
h) Review operation readiness and hand-off the project to Operations Team
