Job Description
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Transport/Cargo
· Book consignments, prepare bills & ensure all entries are made in the system
· Assist in managing daily deliveries & prepare other documents related to transportation & deliveries as per the requisite format
· Attend customer complaints & resolve.
· Maintaining the Warehouse.
· Drafting & answering email enquiries with other branches
· Maintaining daily expenses sheet & follow up with parties for Payment
· Maintaining daily log of incoming and outgoing vehicles.
· Ensure that all documents related to deliveries have proper signed and stamped (POD)
· Maintaining daily register of new clients as per prescribed format and send it to Sales office on a weekly basis
· Carry out other tasks as delegated by Branch Head and Head Office
Skills required
Good Communication
Basic Computer Knowledge.
Salary
3 to 4 Lacs CTC.
