The opportunity:
Labourpower are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Account Manager to join our team in Prestons. We need someone to service our clients across Western Sydney, so it's a great opportunity for a Account Manager who may not live close to our office, but is located close to our clients.
Ideally, the successful candidate would come from a blue collar recruitment environment. They would have developed the ability to build instant rapport with clients and would have fine-tuned their administration, HR/Safety and customer service skills or a willingness to learn.
Your responsibilities will include:
Manage, service and grow your portfolio of accounts ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times
Conduct site visits as required
Empower a safe workforce
Attend to pay queries and payroll emails promptly
Identify, cultivate and develop new clients and opportunities
Conduct risk assessments for client sites and new clients using LP's risk assessment procedure
Conduct monthly job observations and toolbox talks for all designated clients

The knowledge, skills and abilities we're looking for:
Demonstrated experience in blue collar recruitment
A proactive and energetic approach to your work
Exceptional time management
An understanding and appreciation of compliance
Excellent customer service
A strong internal & external rapport with key stakeholders
Able to multi-task in this exciting high volume environment
Intermediate to advanced computer and MS office skills
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Experience in managing a team and providing feedback and at times performance managing staff
Car and license
