Job Description
The candidate will be in charge of responding to customers who send in emails, calls, and text messages. They will also handle requests for information about products or services offered.
· The candidate will have to process the orders and make reservations for such queries with help of senior staff.
· They will have to work with other departments in the company to provide top-level customer service.
· They will have to follow up with clients who have enquired with us as well as help them create bookings.
· Fluent English is a requirement
· Travel Reservation Sales Hotel Sales/ Reservation people are a good fit and are preferred
· Salary in the range of 15,000-18,000 per month in hand
· Office is in Maloo 01
· Graduate education is preferred.
