We are seeking a travel insurance broker with highly skilled inside sales experience to join our growing team.


Requirements:
Previous experience in Travel Insurance Sales (Required);
Current Accident and Sickness Insurance license an asset;
Proven customer service and problem-solving skills;
Above average oral and written communication skills with relentless attention to detail;
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, (SharePoint an asset);
3-5 years of customer service focus with the highest standards;
Responsibilities:
Learn the Travel Insurance Business from the ground up through our tailored training program;
Respond to quote requests via telephone, email, in person and website requests in a call-centre environment;
Analyze quote details and provide quotes with a high level of customer service to potential clients verbally, in writing, and in person;
Provide clients/potential clients with the appropriate products and information in accordance with company standards;
Inform and disclose all pertinent details of corporate products and process;
Provide quality customer service to clients requesting policy changes;
Confidently deal with client claims issues to ensure prompt resolution for the client;
Maintain Continuing Education licensing requirements and keep up to date on industry developments through training courses, seminars or publications;
Expand your knowledge of products to become a Senior Broker by learning to sell Trip Cancellation insurance, Visitors to Canada, Students coverage, Health & Dental, Expatriate insurance;
Support completion of Broker projects during the slow season;
