• Experience with Orthopedics/Vascular/Endo Vascular/Robotic Surgery
• AHA BLS
• ACLS
• CNOR Certificate
• 5 Years Experience preferred
• Current CNOR experience preferred
Other Details:
• May have occasional float to outpatient surgery
• Epic experience preferred
Job Description:Accountable for the assessment, coordination delivery and evaluation of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care in an acute patient setting. Delivers holistic and individualized care to all patients in an assigned area. Develops, implements, and coordinates a plan of care that incorporates psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and life-style factors. Fosters and maintains collaborative relationships between patients, their family/support group, physicians, and other healthcare providers through timely and effective communications.
Requirements:- BLS(AHA)- CA RN Licensure- ACLS- Experience with Orthopedics/Vascular/Endo Vascular/Robotic Surgery, 5 years preferred/2 years min exp required
Shift: 5 x 8hr shift / variable shift/ weekend rotation / no on call requirement
• CNOR Certificate required, Current CNOR exp preferred..
Shift: 5 x 8 days/mids 0 start times; weekend rotation no on call requirementmay have occasional float to outpatient surgery
