Managing relationship and Liaising with PSU, Private & Foreign Banks, Financial
Institutions, Mutual Funds, etc. for raising funds.
Raising funds from NHB
Raising funds through Securitization / Assignment
Documentation for Term Loan & Securitization / Assignment
Preparation of Portfolio MIS, CMA Data, etc and other relevant information for Lenders
Treasury Operations and Cash Management of the company
Timely debt servicing - Principal Instalments and interest dues should be paid well within
the time schedule as per the loan documents
Tracking and ensuring compliance with financial & other covenants specified by Lenders
and filing reports as required
Manage entire process of securitization assignment, preparation of MIS / reports,
obtaining credit rating reports, documentation, etc. in respect of securitization /
assignment
Very good understanding of retail loan business, NBFCs business model, systems,
processes and legal aspects relevant to NBFCs
Knowledge of co lending will be added advantage
