Qualifications
Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or in a similar role within a dealership or service environment.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in diesel engine repair.
Familiarity with Automotive Diagnostics tools and equipment.
Proficient in Electrical Systems Troubleshooting and Repair.
Ability to perform welding, soldering, and other mechanical tasks effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, including brake service, alignment, and component replacement.
Conduct comprehensive diagnostics to identify mechanical, electrical, and performance-related issues.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, wiring, sensors, and related components.
Carry out welding, soldering, and fabrication tasks as required for repairs.
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain an efficient workflow and deliver high‑quality service.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company and regulatory safety standards.
Accurately document all inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities in work orders and service records.
