Job Description:
• Analyse and troubleshoot test defects in a timely fashion.
• Working with colleagues to design new jigs, circuits and devices or develop existing methodology;
Simplifying test methods.
• Travel to customer locations to perform testing when required.
• Training the new technicians for the stage on stage test levels.
• Knowledge of operating CRO, Function Generator, DC Source, Digital Multi meter, signal generator, spectrum analyser.
• Work experience in operating the chambers like comet, calydoscope, Project Handling and Test setup Validation.
• Actively participated in Small Group Activity’s (SGA) and Kaizen activities.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentations for testing.
• To plan and work towards reduction of scrap and rejection.
• Good knowledge of PCBA Troubleshooting.
• Follow company policies and safety regulations.
• Analysing the bake orders, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan schedule the production operation.
• Establish work procedure to meet production schedules.
• Soldering work, like making harness for test jig and work experience in mounting of SMD and leaded components in PCB boards.
• Training and motivating the technician for 5S improvement.
Qualifications
B.Tech/M.Tech - Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering
Relevant Experience of 6 - 10 Years
