We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable tuition teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about educating students and committed to helping them achieve their academic goals. The tuition teacher will be responsible for providing personalized instruction to students in various subjects, assessing their learning needs, and implementing effective teaching strategies to facilitate learning.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students in 2,3,4,5 for English grammar, English literature, Sst, Science and Maths
2. Assess students' learning needs and develop customized lesson plans to address their academic goals.
3. Teach students fundamental concepts, study skills, and problem-solving techniques in the respective subject areas.
4. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly to ensure academic improvement.
5. Communicate with parents/guardians to provide updates on students' performance and progress.
6. Create a supportive and motivating learning environment conducive to academic success.
7. Stay updated on curriculum changes, educational trends, and teaching methodologies relevant to the subject area.
8. Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to share best practices and resources.
10. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback.
