Experience/Knowledge/Technical Skills Required:
Knowledge :
1. Law Graduate having experience of at least 8-+ years with good knowledge of law of UAE and
India, and with a strong background in day to day corporate advising, corporate governance,
compliances, drafting, negotiating and executing contractual documents.
2. Have at least 4 years relevant professional experience preferably with a Company y which deals in
UAE.
3. Be fluent in English and demonstrate good drafting and negotiation skills.
4. Be able to manage multiple priorities, work efficiently under pressure and consistently meet tight
deadlines and able to work independently as well as under the supervision of Vertical Lawyers.
JOB PURPOSE:
This will be a generalist role and will be responsible for day to day legal activities and providing legal advice
to our Company at UAE on the applicable Laws, their impact to business operations and their compliances,
creating legal documents, drafting, negotiating, structuring, and executing contractual documents with
customers / vendors located in UAE and India.
