ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re working with a fast-scaling DTC brand searching for a UGC Coordinator / Creative Sourcing Assistant to help source, organize, and manage a steady stream of content creators and user-generated content (UGC).
This role is perfect for someone who’s obsessed with TikTok, knows the power of relatable content, and can spot great creators before they go viral. You’ll be responsible for finding UGC talent, managing outreach and briefs, and keeping content flowing to support growth and paid media teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Source and vet UGC creators, micro-influencers, and paid content partners across TikTok and Instagram
Manage outreach, communications, and content briefs to creators
Coordinate content delivery timelines and ensure high-quality submissions
Organize creator databases, performance tracking, and usage rights
Work with the creative and performance team to identify top-performing hooks and styles
Track industry trends, top creators, and viral formats
Support creative ideation for new UGC campaigns
ABOUT YOU
1–2 years experience in influencer marketing, talent sourcing, or social media coordination (or just have the eye)
Deep understanding of UGC, TikTok culture, and short-form video content
Comfortable communicating with creators and managing creative workflows
Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
Excited to work at the intersection of content, commerce, and community
Bonus: experience with UGC management tools, Notion, Airtable, or paid ad creative libraries
