Job Description
As a UI+Visual Designer, this is a full-time, on-site role located at our Mumbai location. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality digital designs that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our team of designers, writers, developers, and project managers to ensure that all designs are aligned with the project goals and objectives.
Role Description
Collaborate with the project team to understand the client's goals and objective
Create high-fidelity designs for web and mobile application
Design engaging social media posts, and digital communication like newsletters, emailers, etc.
Ensure that all designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
Collaborate with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in UI and Visual Design
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or other design tools
• An online portfolio of previous work that demonstrates your design skills and experience
• A strong understanding of color theory, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Excellent communication, design, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment with a willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends and technologies
