Financial Management: Oversee the centre's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations, financial performance, and resource allocation.
Quality Assurance: Monitor service quality, ensuring high standards are maintained and areas for improvement are addressed.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage health, safety, and security risks effectively.
