Unifi Capital, one of India's leading Asset Management firms, is looking for a skilled HR Manager who will lead the HR function with a key focus on employee engagement, training programs, hiring and interviewing. Responsibilities - To develop and implement HR initiatives and systems. - Spearheading and driving the people strategy in synergy with business strategy. - Forecasting talent requirements and overseeing hiring. - Conceptualizing & driving Employee Engagement. - Formulating a Learning & Development Policy. - Working closely with all functions & business units to address employee issues proactively. - Leading and leveraging HR processes within the business (Performance Management, Salary Planning/Reward Management, Succession Planning and Talent Management). - Analysing compensation policies; implementing rewards & recognition programs. - Ensuring compliance with Labour Regulations Skills & Abilities: - Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills. - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. - A self-starter who takes ownership and initiative - willing to work on a variety of projects and perform in multiple roles Qualification & Experience: Proven track record as a HR Generalist, with at least 5+ years of experience post MBA/PGDM in HR from recognised Institutions.
