We are looking for dynamic business development/sales professionals for our
Business Correspondence vertical (Microfinance operations in partnership with DCB
Bank and YES BANK) who can value add towards business expansion of the company.
Position: Unit Manager
Experience: Minimum 3 years in microfinance/banking business development.
Educational qualification: MBA or any PG degree.
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Anywhere across Odisha
#Job Description:
1. Managing a business portfolio of 15-20 crores through efficient client and staff management.
2. Reviewing/Monitoring the sourcing of new clients in adherence to the RBI guidelines and credit policies.
3. Strategising the business and collection plan for the assigned branches on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual basis. Ensuring the achievements accordingly.
4. Conducting risk survey for new areas in coordination with the HO team for business expansion
5. Adherence to the HR and audit compliances.
6. Staff review on a periodic basis to validate business performance and assess the training needs. Facilitating for staff training accordingly in coordination with training team.
7. Liasioning with HO and support function staff (MIS, Accounts, HR, Credit, Audit) for day to day work schedule.
8. Proper record keeping across the branch offices.

6. Strong understanding of RBI guidelines about microfinance loans and micro credit.
