Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
• Duties and Responsibilities - • Investigation of case reported by RCU, IT, Business, HRP, Whistleblower, etc. as per defined timelines. • Recommend action to DAC committee basis severity of the case & Disciplinary action policy. • Ensure adherence of Disciplinary Action Policy and Code of Conduct Policy. • Collect fact / information from respective teams. • Drafts reports of cases to present to DAC. • Drafting and Issuance of TL/WL/Suspension to the HRP"s for further actioning. • Assisting HR Partners in resolving critical employee issues / escalations. • MIS maintenance & sharing with respective stakeholders. • Preparing monthly / quarterly presentation for management. • Support in Corporate Audits and other special assignments.
Required Qualifications and Experience
• • MBA or equivalent forensic degree and relevant experience • Law degree will be an added advantage • Go getter & self-starter • Basic knowledge of regulatory framework • Strong analytical abilities with sound investigation knowledge • Strong written & verbal communication
