Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
• Duties and Responsibilities - Responsibilities: • Candidate will be a part of information age SBU PMO team in HR and would be contributing for building and developing HR Processes & programs. • Candidate will be responsible to research & benchmark best practice in the industry. • Plan & execute various programs & initiatives centrally for the Business units. • Candidate will be responsible for engaging and identifying requirements by engaging with respective SMEs and business users. • Also candidate should engage and understand reports and dashboard requirements from respective SMEs HR BIU team and business. • Candidate need to proactively explore all the HRMS and other platforms & understand their different entities workflows and should be able to draft the appropriate requirement enhancement. • Candidate will be responsible for doing User Testing. • Candidate would be responsible for managing & handling data issues functional issues operational issues and interface with IT delivery managers business users SME for resolution. • Should have 2-4 years of experience over-all with minimum 2 years of stint in Project Management Role • High on energy & people orientation • Should have a MBA / Post Graduate Degree • Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company. • Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills. • Excellent Interpersonal Skills. • Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self-starter • Quick learner
Required Qualifications and Experience
• • B.E/ B,Tech graduate degree • Should have a MBA / Post Graduate Degree Work Experience – • Should have 2-4 years of experience over-all, with minimum 2 years of stint in Project Management Role • Experience with a broad range of research methodologies • Portfolio showcasing solutions to design problems, focus on users and the launching and landing of products
