• Unit Manager - Human Resources/Senior Unit Manager - Human Resources
Job Purpose
“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” The purpose of this role is to maintain MIS of Ethics & Compliance (DAC Records).
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
• Duties and Responsibilities - DAC MIS- 1. Managing E&C trackers on- • Cases closed under DAC • Cases reported to DAC & recommended to close under compliance unit • Cases reported to DAC & closed under unfounded/HRP counselling (Not under DAC) • DAC inputs with HRP (For review/ international travel/IJP auto promotion) 2. DAC inputs sharing with internal HR functions. • IJP/Auto promotion • DAC Clearance on exit employees (F&F Hold) • DAC recovery inputs • Payroll (fortnightly salary/ advance salary/ PMS/ sanity check) • DAC inputs with HR operation for rehire checks • DAC inputs with talent acquisition team on rehire cases • Monthly DAC inputs with HR central for MIS 3. Support to legal/RCU • Sharing employee demographics details with legal on receipt of notices Data Analysis 1. Case categories & employee involved in case 2. Vintage of employee at the time of final action date 3. Band wise analysis on case categories 4. Business Group & department wise incidents 5. DAC stage wise time consumption on a DAC case (TAT) 6. E&C team member wise TAT stage wise 7. Location wise analysis on DAC cases
• Major Challenges - 100% Manual Excel Process
Required Qualifications and Experience
• a) Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. Microsoft Certified Professional with expertise in Excel/PowerPoint/VBA Macros/SQL/ data visualization software. Candidate will be required to enroll for Power BI course and will need to use data visualization software applications for analysis and presentations. b) Work Experience 3+ Years of experience working with MNCs, NBFC/Bank(Excel/VBA and other applications
