We are looking for a passionate and experienced Game Development Teacher to teach and mentor students in Unity and Unreal Engine. The ideal candidate should have industry experience in building games, including multiplayer mechanics, and should be familiar with integrating AI in games. You will be responsible for designing curriculum, delivering engaging sessions, and guiding students through practical, project-based learning for many different locations across India.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach Unity and Unreal Engine for game development (2D, 3D, Multiplayer)
• Explain core game development concepts: gameplay programming, level design, physics, animation, UI, etc.
• Train students in multiplayer setup, networking concepts, and real-time game mechanics
• Introduce and guide on AI elements in game design (NPCs, enemy behavior, pathfinding, etc.)
• Review and provide feedback on student projects
• Keep course material updated with latest trends and industry practices
• Mentor students on portfolio and industry readiness
Required Skills:
• 5+ years of professional game development experience
• Strong proficiency in Unity (C#) and Unreal Engine (Blueprints and C++)
• Good knowledge of Generative AI for game assets and code
• Hands-on experience with Multiplayer game development (Photon, Mirror, Steam, etc.)
• Understanding of AI in games (e.g., enemy AI, pathfinding, behavior trees)
• Knowledge of asset pipelines, optimization, and debugging
• Python for open CV is good to have
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
