Unstop is hiring for the role of Finance Officer!
Responsibilities
Money matters and all money matters should be handled with utmost care. We are looking for a Fin-Whizz who shall be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations. This includes budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance. The Finance Officer also works closely with the CEO to develop and implement financial strategies that support Unstop's growth and of the Candidate:
• Prepare and manage budgets and financial forecasts
• Track and analyze financial performance
• Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Administer accounting and bookkeeping systems
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Oversee financial compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Provide financial advice and support to management
• Identify and mitigate financial risks
• Stay up-to-date on financial trends and best Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
