Key Responsibilities:
Implement the Everstone+ curriculum framework, blending Ontario, Cambridge, Singapore Math, and LifeREADY principles to provide a dynamic and academically rigorous learning experience.
Focus on developing foundational LifeREADY skills, ensuring students develop key competencies such as self-regulation, time management, communication, and emotional resilience through weekly focused lessons.
Create an engaging classroom environment that fosters academic excellence, creativity, and personal growth.
Provide individualized support to students, guiding them to meet or exceed grade-level expectations through mentoring, check-ins, and conferencing.
Promote collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving in the classroom, preparing students for both their academic and personal futures.
Encourage active participation in both academic and extracurricular activities, ensuring a well-rounded education for all students.
Work closely with colleagues to develop cross-disciplinary learning experiences, ensuring an integrated approach to the Everstone+ framework.
Develop strong relationships with students, supporting their social, emotional, and academic growth.

Qualifications:
A university degree in education (Bachelor of Education preferred) is required.
Prior classroom teaching experience in an Ontario school setting
Ontario teaching experience (or relevant placements) is a plus.
Fluency in English is required.
