The company’s technology hub, Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center, India, will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands. The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the company’s business strategy. Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.
Job Summary:
The data steward will be responsible for the management, quality, and governance of data assets for pricing activities for all brands within the Inspire Brands portfolio. This role will ensure that the data to support revenue management function is accurate, complete, and reliable for business operations, analytics, and decision-making processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all data validation for pricing scraping data, including price quality assurance, location and product mapping, and outlier reporting
- Support revenue management team on pricing related execution tasks
- Coordinates with internal revenue management team to report metrics to relevant members of the organization and identify, track and evaluate issues regularly
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
- BE / B.Tech / MCA
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum: 1 year of experience in comparable role
- Preferred: 2-3 years of experience in comparable role or strong educational program in related discipline
- Previous administrative or clerical work experience preferred
- Prior experience tracking and gathering information for a project preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong knowledge of SQL (query design and execution) and Data Governance or Data Steward
- Good Knowledge of data warehouses (i.e. SQL Server, Knowledge :: Snowflake)
- Aptitude in data quality assessment, data transformation, data integration, and data cleaning
- Proficiency in problem solving and analytical reasoning
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
