We are currently hiring a CA with a Leading CA firm based in Mumbai.
Designation: Chartered Accountant (Sr. Accountant)
Job Title- Audit & Taxation
Qualification: CA Qualified
Location: Mulund (Mumbai)
Salary: Upto 10-11lpa (depending on the last drawn salary)
Experience: 1yr plus post qualification into Audit & Taxation
Dayshift with 2nd & 4th Sat /Sunday fixed off
Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Notice: Immediate joiners/10days only
Good communication with excellent accounting knowledge is required.
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our team for handling Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, and Direct & Indirect Taxation matters. The ideal candidate should have a good academic background, strong technical knowledge, and a willingness to grow in a client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit:
• Conduct Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, and Internal Audits across sectors
• Preparation and review of audit reports and financial statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Perform audit planning, execution, and completion procedures
Taxation:
• Handle Direct Tax compliance including computation of taxable income, advance tax, and filing of IT returns for individuals, firms, and companies
• Assist in preparation and filing of TDS returns and Form 26AS reconciliation
• Handle GST return filings, reconciliations, and advisory
• Support in tax assessments, departmental replies, and appeals
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, GST, and Auditing Standards
• Good working knowledge of Tally, Excel, and tax utility portals (Income Tax, GSTN)
• Ability to manage multiple clients with accuracy and timely delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
Skills required: Audit, direct and indirect taxation, well verse with written English (for drafting), Transfer Pricing, TDS and TCS compliances, etc
