TheHR Executive provides an absolutely pivotal role in our successstory at 2COMS. You will be actively involved in various aspectssuch as overseeing payroll benefits rewards and recognitionprograms performance management employee development and engagementprograms.
RolesandResponsibilities:
Experience: 6 Months 2yrs
Besolely responsible for managing the entire Employee Life Cycle fromjoining till exit and ensure a smooth transition of the employeesduring working with thecompany.
Becreative to plan & execute all employee engagementactivities arranging motivation sessions communication within teamsand within company for such activities achievement communicationand related planningetc.
Handle the entire event from start to end without any assistanceand make it relevant and engaging for the employee singlehandedly.
Identifykey engagement drivers and develop the supporting internalcommunication plan to inform inspire and involve employees at alllevels and geographically dispersedlocations.
Motivateand get employees involved in every engagement program to make morevibrant energetic and value addingprogram.
Manage& keep record of companys assets given to employees andprovide/collect from employees wheneverrequired.
Beresponsible for performance failure & achievementcommunication take exit interviews of the employees in resign orfiring cases process full and final settlements and ensure employeeleaves with positive impression about the company and the processis handled withcare.
UpdateHRMS software for all Employee data base and create MIS and reportsfor HR Headreview.

Musthave people skills excellent in interpersonal skills presentationskills and ability to gel up with employees easily ismandatory.

Mustpossess a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills tointeract daily with internal employees and externalvendors.
Shouldbe excellent with multitasking and handling multiple activities ata time job will involve coordinating various teams and people inthe company and outside thecompany.
Candidatemust be excellent with MS office and must have keen interest tolearn various softwares used inHRM.
