Job Description
Position - Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager - HR (BFSI Vertical)
• Manage the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with the clients/hiring managers to understand the details of JD.
• Market research and competition mapping.
• Taking references from the candidates and building Databases.
• Manage a team of recruiters on behalf of TL.
• Maintain the Daily/Weekly/Monthly recruitment reports.
Key Skills
• The candidate should have excellent communication skills.
• Have to be SHARP, Hardworking, and Target oriented.
• Have to be Flexible and Adaptable to changing business needs. Ability to confidently source and approach new prospects.
Infrastructure Needed
• Reliable PC/ Laptop
• Broadband internet connection
Work Timings
• Regular Day Shift (+ am to 6 pm)
• Monday- Friday #Remote job #Full time
