Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of advertising campaigns across various
ad platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google AdWords, ad networks, etc.)
Develop, implement and optimize advertising strategies to maximize ROI
and user acquisition.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop creative assets,
landing pages and campaign messaging.
Implement and manage advertising tracking and attribution tools to
measure ad effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
Analyze campaign data, provide insights and recommendations to improve
ad performance and user engagement.
Monitor and manage advertising budgets to ensure maximum efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital
advertising, and implement new strategies and technologies as needed.
Work with external vendors and agencies as necessary to support ad
operations and campaigns.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure
alignment on campaign goals and objectives
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in digital advertising and ad operations, preferably in
the gaming or entertainment industry.
Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads,
Google Ads, ad networks, and programmatic advertising.
Experience with advertising tracking and attribution tools such as Google
Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, and Kochava.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze
data and identify insights and trends.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple
campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work
cross-functionally with various teams.
Passion for gaming and a strong interest in the gaming industry
