Job DescriptionWe are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
Responsibilities
Design and update job descriptionsSource potential candidates from various online channels (eg:
• Naukri, LinkedIn, etc)
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application formsInterview candidates (via phone, video and inperson)Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internallyProvide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managersSend job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefitsMonitor key HR metrics, including timetofill, timetohire and source of hireParticipate in job fairs and host inhouse recruitment eventsCollaborate with managers to identify future hiring needsAct as a consultant to new hires and help them onboardPre joining formalities and onboarding on the day of joining Requirements and skillsProven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar roleExperience with sourcing techniquesUnderstanding of referral programsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSound judgementGraduate in any fieldFRESHERS ARE ALSO WELCOMETotal Exp:
