HR Professional with Expertise in the areas of Staffing, Recruiting, Sourcing.
• End to End Recruitment Process.
• Sourcing resumes, Collating/Screening and short list suitable candidates best
• industry talent as per clients requirement.
• Search resumes from various sources
• Updating status in tracker of the recruitment process.
• To conduct telephonic interview with candidates to verify experience,
• communication, availability date and location.
• Follow up of the short listed candidates by the client.
• Coordination with candidates for interview drive.
• Scheduling coordinating the entire selection process as per client
• requirements.
• Follow Ups to candidates till the date of joining.
