Job Description
The responsibilities of the recruiter will include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews and onboarding. Organize and coordinate. Track and maintain all employee data, also help maintain positive employee relations and work to ensure worker satisfaction through education of HR policies and by fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
Recruitment of teaching and other nonteaching staff.
Talent acquisition Sourcing potential candidates from LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals or promotional media
Reviewing and screening CVs Analyzing responses and conducting HR rounds Liaising with departments and experts for technical rounds
Checking documents of selected candidates Issuing offer and appointment letters
All other documentation related to increments, promotions and resignation
End to End Recruitment Cycle.

At least Graduate.
Preferred MBA in HR Specialized in sourcing CVs Hand-on experience with the different job portals
English medium schooling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , Effective negotiation skills , Proven problem solving abilities and analytical skills.

Contract length: 6 months
Salary: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
