Job Description
Salary:- Upto 4.50 LPA.
Location:- Goregaon(Mumbai)
Experience:- 2 to 6 years
Qualification:- Graduate or MBA/PG
Roles and Responsibilities:-
HR Operations
I. Induction Ensuring successful onboarding of new joinees.
II. Employee Record keeping & Documentations. Manage all the registers and records of employees. Maintain all database on software.
III. Compensation & Benefits: Monitor all pay practices for effectiveness and cost containment.
IV. Attendance and Leave Management Tracking and monitoring Attendance and Leave Policy. Collation of all employees attendance, leave data and submitting consolidated attendance data to the payroll department for further process.
Execution of Payroll Accounting
I. Calculate, track, manage and process salaries of employees
II. Effect deduction of applicable taxes, recovery of the loans, fines, benefits and vacations, etc. from the salary of the employees
Compliances
I. Deduct all the applicable statutory dues (PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, etc.)
II. ESIC Challan generation under various sub codes
III. Issue Tax related documents i.e. Form 16 to employees enabling them to file their returns in time.
