- Work on credentialing files and ensure quality is maintained as per the project requirement
- Use professionalism/courtesy while reaching out external communications to primary sources and practitioner offices.
- Phone verification and follow-up required
- It will be a 100% calling process.
• Experience of 0.5-2 years into Healthcare / Credentialing, Background verification,
Fresher with excellent communication (Experience in any International process)
Voice experience preferred
• Shift timings: US Shift : 5pm to 2am (shift timing will change as per the daylight saving)
• Work Culture:
- 05 days (Mon to Fri)
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
- Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
