We are looking for solid enthusiastic Marketing Support who wants to operate in a culture where we move fast, take risks, and fear mediocrity. We maintain a young vibe and small company feel. Changes come fast for betterment and we maintain consistency.
Experience: Min. 4+ yrs. In marketing support process like Email/Chat/Tech
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any domain (fulltime/distance) - 80% throughout
Job location: Permanent Remote / WFH
Shift: Night Shift (6.00 pm to 3.30 am) DLS changes applicable
Working Days: 5 days - Monday to Friday
Skills required
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work alone, multi-task and with less supervision
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, marketing tools, and web applications
• Ability to manage or execute day to day demands
KRA’s
• Develops, updates, customizes, and assembles standard marketing or sales materials for client/prospects
• Interpretation of market research and competitor information
• Maintain strong communication between marketing managers and internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the process with Zero Tolerance and Zero mistake
• Provides support to sales and marketing staff by interacting frequently
• Respond quickly to client queries and communicate with clients via email/chat
• Regular follow ups with clients if needed
• Maintain a log of all client interactions and develop marketing leads
• Gather client feedback and share with Product, Sales and Marketing managers.
