• Has bachelor's degree with Education (B.ed) and Bachelors/masters degree in English.
• Has Minimum experience of 2 to 5 years.
• Are located in City orisa.
• Has high level of success in teaching across school children.
• Has strong Interpersonal, communication, written and spoken English
• Is enthusiastic, imaginative and forward thinking
• Can inspire, motivate and engage children to achieve and succeed
• Is able to form positive relationship with Children, staff and parents
Teaching
About the role:
• Plan and teach well-structured lessons to assigned classes, following the school's plans, curriculum and scheme of work
• Assess, monitor, record and report on the learning needs, progress and achievement of assigned students, making accurate and productive use of assessments
• Adapt teaching to respond to the strength and needs of students
• Set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge students.
• Promote good progress and outcome by students
• Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge
• Participate in arrangements for preparing students for external and internal tests
Organization, Strategy and Development
• Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of the school's policies, practices and procedures, to support the school's values and vision
• Make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school
• Work with other teaching staff on curriculum and students development to secure co-ordinated outcomes
• Play the role of substitute teachers in an unforeseen circumstances that another teacher is unable to teach.
Professional Development
• Take part in the School's appraisal process
• Take part in further Training and Development in order to improve your own Teaching.

Requirements
TGT english teacher requirment (Immediate Joining) Responsibilities: Guide and assess children. Develop lesson plans and activities. Build relationships with teachers, parents, and students. Monitor and train teachers. Organize events and maintain records. Qualifications: B.Ed. or equivalent. NTT or Montessori training. Teaching experience preferred. Good communication skills. Experience: Prior experience as a Pre Primary Coordinator Preferred OR Pre Primary teachers with minimum 6 to 8 years of experience can also apply Salary Range : 30k to 50k Accommodation provided by school
