Job Summary :
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to transform client requirements into creative and functional interior spaces. The role involves handling projects from concept to completion, including design development, coordination with vendors, and site supervision when required.
Key Responsibilities :
• Meet with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and material specifications.
• Select and source materials, furniture, and finishes suitable for the project.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, vendors, and contractors.
• Visit project sites to take measurements and ensure design accuracy.
• Conduct site visits during project execution to monitor progress and ensure that the work is being carried out as per design and quality standards.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and maintain project timelines.
• Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and technologies.
• Ensure all designs comply with functional, safety, and aesthetic standards.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Proven experience (2–5 years) in interior design or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or equivalent design tools.
• Strong visualization, presentation, and detailing skills.
• Good communication and project management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to project sites for measurements and supervision as needed.
Preferred Skills :
• Experience in residential, commercial, or corporate interiors.
• Knowledge of sustainable materials and modern design trends.
• Familiarity with vendor and contractor coordination.
• Ability to handle client presentations independently.
