Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Human Resources Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Plant HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, managing employee relations, recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role plays a crucial part in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the company's mission.
Qualifications :
- Experience in end to end HR management, recruitment, training, HRMS , vendor/agency/contractor management, labour and industrial relations
- Hands on experience of preparing for and facing factory or plant audits and clearing them
- Knowledge of labour and industrial laws and regulations
- Excellent communication (fluency in English in a must) with interpersonal skills and advanced experience of working with Excel and PPT is a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, ability to initiate process evaluation, build SOP, suggest and drive changes as and when required
- Experience in working with labour courts and government bodies is preferred
- Experience in the waste management or recycling industry, manufacturing, plastic, FMCG, pharma, is a plus
- Full time Master's degree in Human Resources, Business degree from a Tier 1 college is a must
- Ability to work in a team and manage a team is preferred
- Should be open to travel as and when required
Experience : 3 to 6 years
Job Location : Ahmedabad
Work days : 6 working days
Reporting to : Head HR
