# Provide product training & demonstration
# Understand the scope of client new customizations
# Handling Customer queries and complaints in real time via phone, chat, email and ticket.
# Being good associate between Customer & Technical team
# Daily client customization update
# Lineup new customizations, issues with technical team & prioritise it
# Must be fluent in clear easy to understand spoken English
# Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills
