A leading design firm in the interior design and architectural sectors is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for an on-site role in India. Operating at the intersection of aesthetics and functionality, this high-impact opportunity is tailored for innovative minds who excel in conceptualizing and executing design projects that transform spaces into inspiring environments.
Role & Responsibilities
• Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-end interior design and architectural projects from initial sketches to final installations.
• Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure that design visions are translated into practical, innovative solutions.
• Develop detailed design plans, presentations, and technical drawings using CAD, Revit, and other design software like sketch up,D5, Lumion, Enscape, 3DsMax.
• Oversee on-site project implementation, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to timelines.
• Manage project budgets and coordinate with external teams to optimize resource utilization and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks throughout all project phases.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in interior design and architectural projects, with a proven portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software such as CAD, Revit, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite,Lumion,3ds MAX,D5 for rendering.
• Exceptional project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of design aesthetics, technical detailing, and modern design trends.
Preferred
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices and LEED certification standards.
• Experience in managing on-site project execution in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
