Audits
Maintaining the financial data in schedules to ensure timely availability
Coordinating with auditors to ensure timely data delivery and closure of their observations
Taxation and Compliances
Preparation of taxation related reconciliation before filings to ensure zero errors
Keeping track of statutory liabilities to ensure correct and timely payment
Keeping track of return filing and other compliances timelines
Bookkeeping and Reporting
Jointly working with the team and ensuring timely hard closure of books every month
Preparation of financial reconciliations/ reports on regular basis and ensuring adequacy of reconciling items
Ensure that routine transactions are in accordance with defined approval matrices and Internal financial controls
Prepare and submit weekly/ monthly reports for comparison of planned vs actual and month on month variances.
