• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Required Qualifications:
• MBBS Degree from a recognized institution.
• Master of Chirurgiae (MCh) in Urology or equivalent.
• State medical board certification in Urology.
• A Minimum of 5 years of experience in urology.
• Proven experience in surgical procedures.
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging techniques.
• Ability to manage complex urological cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to patient care and quality improvement.
• Ability to educate patients on conditions and treatment plans.
• Research experience in urology is a plus.
• Willingness to participate in community health initiatives.
