Job Description
Responsibilities:
Understand client-specific procedures.
Assist with monthly grant reports and backup documentation.
Manage daily accounting for assigned clients: accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, journal entries, discrepancy resolution, vendor communication. Scope varies by client.
Prepare quarterly payroll reconciliation (including +41).
Support month-end closing and internal financial statement preparation.
Handle year-end 10++ filings.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
Assist in annual audit preparation.
Generate weekly cash flow reports.
Undertake other assigned tasks.
Maintain organized filing systems.
Manage multiple clients concurrently.

Qualifications:
Candidate with a CPA certificate or pursuing CPA
Excellent communication skills
Graduation is must
Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in US Accounting
Knowledge of USGAAP.

Working days: Monday to Friday (2 days WFO, 3 days WFH)
