We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled US Accountant with experience in the Logistics/Warehousing industry.
About the Role
As a seasoned US Accountant, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, reviewing and processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, performing thorough general ledger reviews, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounting activities using QuickBooks Online.
• Review and process AP and AR transactions accurately.
• Perform GL reviews and ensure account reconciliation.
• Generate financial reports and assist with month-end closing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4-6 years of accounting experience in the Logistics/Warehousing sector.
• Strong expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Proven experience in AP, AR, and GL review.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent organizational abilities.
Work Environment:
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a remote setting. Gurgaon/Hyderabad are also acceptable locations.
