Job Description
Responsibilities:
Perform invoice and general ledger data entry
Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation
Generate purchase orders as necessary
Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems
Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting
Comply with federal, state, and local financial requirements
Requirements:
Hands on experience with leading accounting software(s) like QuickBooks, Cloud based software experience is a great plus
Understanding of accounting systems, chart of accounts, various accounting and other modules.
Language: English, Hindi and Gujarati,
