Shift: 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM
Exp: US accounting or Construction company experience is must
Salary: upto 12 LPA
Job Responsibilities
● Construction WIP reports
● Managerial accounting report generation based on executive management requests and best practices
● Analyze accounts receivables and unbilled work order accounts to ensure efficient billings and
collections processes
● Lead collections efforts for due and overdue balances
● Review and update current standard operating procedures (SOP) and templates for AR and AP processes
● QuickBooks budgeting and system integrations
● Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with, GAAP, government regulations and
legislation
● Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
● Report to the Executive team with timely and accurate financial information as required
● Generate annual project budgets and provide project cash flow projections and management
● Complete timely reconciliations
● Pursue cost-saving initiatives and implement sustainability practices where possible
● All other requests from Executive Management
