Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced US Accountant to join our team at akm-global. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with specific experience in using and managing QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Netsuite.
This is an individual contributor role with no team management responsibilities, focusing on delivering high-quality financial services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accounting Operations: Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• QuickBooks Online Management: Maintain accurate financial records and streamline accounting processes using QBO.
• Closing Processes: Perform month-end and year-end close processes efficiently.
• Budget and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Auditing: Conduct regular audits to ensure financial integrity and compliance.
• Tax Filings: Handle tax filings and ensure timely payment of all taxes.
• Financial Reporting: Provide financial reports and analysis to management as needed.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Netsuite is required.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Work Management: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience: Total 2+ Years in US Accounting(minimum 1 year in Netsuite)
