Designation- Sr. Finance Executive US Accounting.
Experience: 5 years
Shift Timings : 10 AM TO 7 PM.
Notice Period : Immediate Joiner or Max 30 Days.
Job Description:
· Account, review, and analyze payroll information and ensure the third party vendor (ADP) prepares federal, state, and local withholding and unemployment tax returns according to published guidelines
· US GAAP accounting and US payroll registration, tax returns, processing and its related compliances like 401K, Form 5500 etc.
· US book keeping
· Ensure payroll tax deposits and tax returns are completed and compliant with federal, state, and local tax laws
· Stays abreast of federal and multi-state tax regulatory requirements and company policies
· Maintains all W-4 changes for both Federal and State tax changes
· Preforms and maintains Check Reconciliation in process w.r.t Bank, SOX and federal/state guidelines wherever applicable
· Determine and produce reports needed to prevent and detect issues that could affect taxation and payroll
· Annual Reports/ Foreign business qualification
· Reconciles payroll tax reporting after each pay run to ensure accurate filings
· Quarterly/Annual tax filings – federal/state, F 5471/ F 5472
· Monitors and reconciles cash activity to Payroll and Ceridian Tax Services reports
· Reconciles Payroll reports to +41s, W-2s, and 10++Ms
· Monitors and reconciles cash activity to Payroll and Tax Services reports
· Reconciles reports to +41s, W-2s, and 10++Ms
· Issue Form 10++, W+ where applicable. Responsible to ensure 10++ reporting reconciliation for account payable- issuance of the form
· Research and resolve tax notices/discrepancies referred by government, state and local agencies in a timely manner to mitigate potential penalties and interest
· Preparing the reconciliation of W-2’s & W2C and prepare year end and quarter end payroll tax reports, electronic filings, and magnetic media
