Role Description
We are hiring a US Accounting & Tax Associate to support US-based clients with accounting and tax compliance work. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, offering exposure to real US client engagements and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Perform US bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online / Desktop
Prepare and review US individual and business tax returns
Work on federal and state tax compliance
Prepare tax workpapers and supporting schedules
Use ProSeries and Lacerte for tax return preparation
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of accounting and tax work
Coordinate with internal teams and respond to data-related queries
Maintain compliance with US accounting standards and tax regulations
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in US accounting and tax return preparation
Hands-on exposure to QuickBooks Online
Working experience with ProSeries and Lacerte
Good understanding of US tax forms and compliance requirements
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA qualification is a plus but not mandatory
