Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Record to Report (RTR), Month End Close, Financial Statement Reconciliation and Analysis, Invoicing, Payroll.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accounting principles.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on financial matters.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and success of our US based clients.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
Manage the invoicing process and ensure timely payments from clients.
Oversee the payroll process and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on AP, AR, RTR, Month End Close, Financial Statement Reconciliation and Analysis, Invoicing, Payroll.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience in managing a team of finance professionals is a plus.
