Job Summary:
USA Tax Gurus LLC is a remote US Tax and Accounting firm seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Enrolled Agent (EA).
The ideal candidate has excellent social skills, in-depth business tax knowledge, is a licensed CPA/EA, and has a proven track record of handling complex tax matters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Tax Compliance: Prepare and sign tax returns for partnerships, corporations, and other entities.
• Tax Planning and Advisory: Provide tax planning advice to clients identifying opportunities for tax optimization and cost-saving strategies.
• Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting: Assist clients with bookkeeping tasks ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Project Delivery and Client Communication: Deliver tax returns and other projects to clients and handle their inquiries independently.
Qualifications:
• Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Enrolled Agent (EA).
• Demonstrated experience in preparing and signing various tax forms.
• Strong knowledge of business tax regulations, laws, and compliance requirements.
